Broadway Lake is a smaller private lake in Anderson County, just southeast of the city of Anderson. It is home turf for Vaughn Home Inspection—our office is in nearby Pendleton—and it mixes longtime lake cabins and cottages with updated and newly built homes.
Lake properties are a focus of ours, so Broadway Lake homes get careful attention. You receive a thorough inspection of the major systems and a clear, photo-supported written report.
What we look at in Broadway Lake homes
Broadway Lake’s older cottages and cabins can have aging roofing, wiring, plumbing, and moisture issues in crawlspaces—common in homes that were originally seasonal. We inspect what is present and visible and report it plainly.
Many properties here include decks, docks-adjacent structures, and lower levels on sloping lots that we review for their accessible condition. Radon testing is available as an add-on, since radon is naturally present in Anderson County.
