Vaughn Home Inspection provides residential home inspection and related services in Upstate South Carolina and surrounding areas. Available services include standard home inspections, pre-listing inspections, new-construction inspections, re-inspections, radon testing, and other property evaluation services as described on this website.

All inspection scheduling is confirmed by our team. Submitting a request through this website does not guarantee a specific date or time until confirmed by Vaughn Home Inspection.

Inspection request and client portal

When you submit an inspection request, we create a draft in our scheduling system and send you a secure link to finish setup in the client portal. The information you provide — including name, email, phone number, and property address — is used to arrange your inspection and communicate with you about the service.

You agree to provide accurate and current information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or property information.

SMS / text messaging program

Vaughn Home Inspection offers an optional transactional text-messaging program. When you opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our inspection request form, you agree to receive text messages related to your inspection, such as scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and status updates.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inspection status and scheduling activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per inspection engagement.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vaughn Home Inspection does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaughn Home Inspection's total liability for any claim arising from or related to an inspection or this website — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the fee you paid for the inspection service giving rise to the claim.

Vaughn Home Inspection is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or cost of repairs, arising from the inspection or this website.
